This project required a tailored seismic design for the large HVAC
chillers positioned on the roof. With the units being lifted into place by crane, the design needed to support straightforward installation while also accounting for the seismic and environmental forces acting on rooftop equipment. Through close coordination with our industry partners, we developed the design and supplied KINETICS® FLSS spring mounts, meeting the technical requirements, and provided a reliable restraint system for the rooftop plant.
